Cody got a new basketball goal--the kind that takes HOURS to put together, and I have no clue what I'm doing.
I think I will need Sue's help, I couldn't even lift it out of the truck myself. I'm interested to see how long it will take and how many cuss words I go through :)

Now I would not even look at the instructions, which is why it would be some 18 inches shorter than it was built for, would be at an angle, and I would have some hardware left over.
You I assume (Putting on my best Norm Abrams voice) will read, follow and understand all the written directions that came with your goal set. (Norm voice off)

OH that does NOT look like fun to put together! I'm guessing, if you're an electrician, you won't have any problems...
