OH man! I can't remember the name of that thing to save my life and now I'm gonna go nuts trying to think of it. You can find one in those old fashioned kinds of toy stores or a hobby shop...something scope??? Crap, I'm gonna go nuts now...

Isn't it a gyro something or other? I saw them for sale at the Cracker Barrel!! Do you have them there?
